Reservation Policies

Cancellation and reservations:
FREE rate

high season

Cancellation: From 01/06/2022 to 17/09/2022 and from 01/06/2023 to 17/09/2023 cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date. Reschedulable up to 3 days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge 30% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

Payment: To guarantee the reservation, regardless of the season, the hotel will request a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation, via a secure Reduniq link, bank transfer or MBWay. Payment details will be sent by the hotel. The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid at the hotel upon check-in.

Low season

Cancellation: From 18/09/2022 to 31/05/2023 and from 18/09/2023 to 31/12/2023 cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 1 day before the arrival date.Rebookable up to 1 day before the arrival date . In case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge 30% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

Cancellation
Non-refundable in case of cancellation or no show. Rescheduling available.
Low season (from 01/01 to 01/07 and from 19/09 to 31/12): Reschedule free of charge until 6pm on day of arrival.
High season (from 02/07 to 18/09): Reschedule free of charge up to 2 days  before check-in.

 

Payment of the entire amount at the time of booking. Payment can be made throught a secure link from Reduniq, by bank transfer or MBWAY.
Payment details will be sent by the hotel.

Children and extra beds:
- Children up to 2 years old: free cot
- Children from 3 to 12 years: €30 per night in extra bed (breakfast included)
- Children over 13 years and adults: €70 per night in an extra bed (breakfast included)
- Cot and extra bed are on request and subject to availability
- Maximum age of children in extra bed: 12 years

Others:
- Check-in time 03.00pm
- Check-out time at 12h (noon)
- Non smoking hotel (except in authorized zones)
- Pets allowed (please see the admission rules for pets)
